Only 12 months ago I was just a hard working food blogger, minding my own business, forced to bludge a ticket to the Metro/Audi Restaurant of the Year Awards, and now it's that time of year again and I'm a reviewer for the magazine. How very exciting. The winners are judged by a panel of experts in a process too secret to reveal here, except for Personality of the Year, which is judged by the public. Here's a teaser picture of the finalists, which if you can't read it on your own computer you'll just have to read about it in the magazine, on sale next week, including my review of ... actually I'm not sure I'm allowed to say until it comes out. The editor's quite scary.
